“We are so spoilt in Marlborough when it comes to great food. We’ve got crayfish from the east coast and salmon, oysters and mussels grown in the Marlborough Sounds."
Winter Fireplace Trail
So you're visiting Marlborough in winter, great choice! Winter brings perfect blue-sky days, calm sparkling waters and is a great time of year to explore Marlborough. Although the still days make it feel much warmer than you'd expect, it can still get pretty cold and frosty at times.
Luckily for you, we've put together your very own Winter Fireplace Trail.
Cosy up with your significant other beside a crackling fire with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir matched with some fresh local seafood or game, you'll never want to leave.
