Thrifty's NEW scooters are perfect for visitors and locals wanting to explore the seaport town of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds or those who'd prefer to zip around the 'Capital of Cool' - that's trendy Wellington City! Available to anyone holding a valid restricted or full drivers' licence, the scooters can be rented for $52 per day including third party insurance, a helmet and a high-vis safety vest. The EURO 50 Scooter features: • 4 stroke; 49cc engine • 6 litre fuel tank; 1 litre of fuel per 50km • Luggage storage To book a scooter online, simply select either our Picton location and choose your dates and times. You'll find the scooters as an option on step 2 of the booking process. The scooters are available from: Picton Branch Ferry Terminal & 109 High Street T 03 573 7387 Mon - Sun 8am to 5pm Please note that you will be required to undertake a 15 minute safety briefing upon collecting your scooter.
