St Leonards Vineyard Cottages

Jason and Sharon welcome you to St Leonards Vineyard Cottages in the heart of Marlborough, New Zealand.

The homestead is a classic New Zealand farm house built in the 1880s and was once the focal point of a large sheep farm. The homestead and self-catering boutique cottage accommodation now form a unique collection of traditional buildings that have retained their original charm and yet provide up-to-date facilities.

Qualmark and Covid Clean approved, the charming cottages are themed around farm buildings, offering their own unique view of mountains, vines or gardens, and are privately located around the property. The cottages are all fully self-contained and self-catering. Each cottage has a kitchenette and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Breakfast is self-catering - the kitchenette in each cottage contains provisions including milk, eggs, juice, jam, yoghurt, cereal, tea and coffee. In season, fruit may also be picked from the fruit trees on the grounds.

We encourage our guests to make the most of their time with us in our idyllic surroundings by exploring the grounds with its picturesque gardens and majestic trees. Near the lemon tree grove you will find our much loved and very friendly sheep, alpaca and chickens (all prepared to become your new best friend for a handful of food) plus a couple of shy deer that you can hand feed.

Relax around the pool, in the jacuzzi, or with a game of petanque or lawn tennis. We welcome guests to share and experience our slice of heaven.
