Ryland Estate

Ryland Estate is a cherry and stone fruit orchard with accommodation. Set amongst some of Marlborough’s finest vineyards, Ryland Estate offers accommodation for visitors in the loft of a barn located on the edge of the property’s magnificent sprawling lawn and gardens.

Private and tastefully decorated with contemporary artwork, and with full access to the gardens, the barn is located approximately fifty metres from the owners’ cottage. Independent access to the studio apartment is via a staircase, so requires consideration for those with mobility restrictions.

We have a large tranquil country garden and are located in the midst of some of Marlborough's finest wineries and restaurants. The property features 1.3 hectares of established private garden and orchard, which guests are encouraged to explore and enjoy.

Ryland Estate is perfectly located for fine dining and wine tasting, with numerous wineries and restaurants accessible by bike, or within walking distance.
