You are welcome to visit our boutique chocolate factory in the heart of the Marlborough Wine Trail . Our facility is set up like a winery / cellar door where you can watch how we make our chocolates, taste a few samples and, of course, shop for delicious chocolates At Makana we never add artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives and all our confections are made with the finest and freshest ingredients possible to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We start with the best possible ingredients, of course, and we never skimp on the premium ingredients. For example, if macadamia nuts are featured, you can be sure that our recipes include generous quantities of macadamia kernels. We make all of our products by hand in small batches. We also hand pack all of our products by hand which gives us an additional level of control over the product quality. We recognise that many of our customers buy our products as gifts for family, friends and associates. Therefore, our commitment to quality doesn't stop with the products inside our boxes but extends to the entire presentation of our product. Mmmm.
