D’Urville Crossings
We offer barge transport for vehicles, trailers, motorbikes, small machinery, and passengers between French Pass and D’Urville Island. Operating 5 days a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). Bring your 4wd vehicle over and explore the stunning D’Urville Island, with 60km of public roads, the scenic reserve, spectacular scenery, stunning coastal views, native bush, hiking tracks and beaches to enjoy. Spend a night or two and stay at the DOC campground at Lake Moawhitu in Greville Harbour, or hire the local Community Hall.
