The Awatere Golf club is so well known that when Marlborough is experiencing rough weather or heavy rainfall and course closure - Awatere Golf Club will likely still be playable with a 'micro-climate' of its own and excellent drainage.

Awatere Golf Club has an open membership policy. The course is a nine-hole par 70 for Men (5484m) and Par 74 for Women (5340m).

The club provides an excellent clubhouse with bar and catering facilities. We welcome all visitors. Club days are Wednesday for Women, and Saturday for Men and Women. The course is open seven days a week all year.
