Whisky & Tales

Created at Stratford's Art Collective by distiller and now author Stuart Greenhill, Fenton Street Distillery is an award winning range of both whiskies and gins. This afternoon also includes 'Tales & Stories' from Stuart’s latest book titled ‘Echoes from the Land’ read by Stuart himself.

Echoes Whisky was inspired by our Pioneers, this whisky captures the essence of rural New Zealand. Made from 100% Canterbury grown organic malted barley which has been smoked with Manuka. Small-Barrel aged, you may think this whisky is young, but the flavour profile exceeds some much older whiskies.

The whisky evolved from Stuart’s newly publish book 'Echoes from the Land.' Filled with transcripts, tales, poetry, paintings and photography it captures father and son relationships in rural New Zealand.
