Events > Traffic Light Bandana Dog Walk
Get ready for a tail-wagging day of fun! The Picton Vet Clinic proudly presents the 2025 Traffic Light Bandana Dog Walk and Games Day — back for its 4th year and better than ever! Join us on March 29th at Memorial Park, Picton, for a day filled with laughter, connection, and pawsome activities.
This unique event promotes safe and respectful dog interactions, with our colorful traffic light bandanas and T-shirts helping everyone understand how our furry friends are feeling.
After a friendly township walk, enjoy a variety of exciting games like the egg-and-spoon race, open to teams, kids, seniors, and adults — all alongside their leashed dogs. New this year is the Look-A-Like Matching Pair (Big + Small Dog) classes.
We’ve got fantastic prizes up for grabs, including awards for the smallest and tallest dog, best-dressed dog, and the waggiest tail. Treat yourself to a Mrs. Whippy and Hazbeanz Coffee, and try on Cinderella's Boonies for a chance to WIN some waterproof boots.
Pre-registration is essential and closes two days before the event — sign up at Picton Vet Clinic or via Eventfinda to secure your spot, which includes a bandana and games entry. The public is warmly welcome to watch the fun.
Don’t miss this unforgettable day of furry festivities — we can’t wait to see you there!
