Ngāti Rārua Pukekohatu Chiefs

Lorraine Eade, Pou Rangahau Mātua for Ngāti Rarura will give a talk on Ngāti Rārua history focusing on Pukekohatu Chiefs and their roles as Rangatira and involvement and interactions with settlers and European way of life. Lorraine will explain how the Rangatira protected Ngāti Rarura land, resources, and their economic prosperity.
