Canvastown Yoga runs a Yin yoga class on Monday and a Hatha yoga class on Thursday. The class is mixed level. Anyone who is interested in trying yoga is welcome to attend. My name is Susan Foster and I run the class. I have practised yoga since 1998 and completed yoga teacher training at Kindred Studio in April 2022
