Business Trust Marlborough supports existing businesses and start-ups with access to one-on-one business mentoring, training to help move a business or business idea forward, and regular networking events. Business Trust Marlborough is the regional agency for Business Mentors New Zealand.

The Regional Business Partner Network offers a wide range of support for growing businesses. Following an initial assessment, the programme can provide funding for qualifying businesses to develop their business management skills. This national service is delivered by the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber of Commerce has been supporting its members and the wider business community since 1939. It hosts annual business awards, training, Business After-5 networking, and tech meetups over pizza and beer. Young Chamber helps businesses settle new young professionals in the region.

Angel investors Marlborough is a membership-based investment network of wholesale investors and allied business professionals. One of the largest and most active regional Angel clubs in New Zealand, it connects experienced early-stage investors with entrepreneurs and innovators. It also promotes and facilitates investor education.
