Our home was re-built in 2006 and is modern and comfortable. We border the local College Park and the self-contained accommodation is very private. The unit has a bedroom and ensuite with a large lounge, sink, electric fry pan, microwave, fridge and Sky TV. A four-burner barbeque is available for your use, with outdoor seating. A large bath is available upon request, which is in a separate room. There is another room available within the house, that has a bathroom available. We are down a long drive, with covered parking available at your door. It is a 4 minute walk to town, with excellent restaurants and facilities available there. We are very close to College Park, Horton Park, Netball Courts and the Marlborough Lines Stadium. To learn more about the town, we will provide a ‘drinks and nibbles' hour from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on the first night of your stay, should you wish.
