Keen to start the year off with healthier habits? Join us for our new weekly yoga class series teaching Power Vinyasa Flow to Yin with rotating passionate instructors Laura, Lydia, and Violette. Each different and individualized class will be practiced in the comfort of our studio or outside in our gardens. Please bring your own mats as spares will be limited.
