Picton Paradise Cottages

Like being on a Sounds island, yet just a 9km drive from Picton. Nestled in native bush, this waterfront property offers gorgeous cottage accommodation, with the most epic views. The two cottages (Seaclusion and Seascape), offer couples a perfect retreat. If you're looking for peace, privacy and tranquility, this is your spot. From your private balcony, you are blessed with incredible views over the Bay below and beyond into the Marlborough Sounds. You can watch the ferry traverse past daily, and are sure to be delighted at what you'll see in the waters below you. Seals are regulars, and we often see dolphins, plus schools of kingfish. And when the fish come, so do the gannets, that provide an amazing aerial display. The view below will surely mesmerise you. The cottages themselves have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are both King studio, with private decks. Each cottage is 30sqm, has an ensuite, dining table, lounge area, and tea/coffee making facilities. In summer (Jan-March) we also have kayaks available for you to use for free.
