Pedallers Rest Cycle Stop

On farm Backpacker/Bunkroom type accommodation set up for cycle tourists and/or others intending to walk the " Saw Cut Gorge " situated the Ure/Waima Valley. We are a working Deer/ cattle/Vineyard & Sheep farm situated 9Km South of Ward in the Ure/Waima Valley. Look for our distinctive sign, a black bike on top of white tank. Turn inland here ! We are approx 1.5Km from SH1. Follow the signs from our front gate. Bookings are appreciated but not necessary and it it is OK to just arrive. We understand that it is not always possible to be sure about your plans when riding a bike. Prices are $20 per night per person or $14 if you wish to use your Tent. We keep a small store and can provide basics to make a meal should you wish to travel light. The bunks have a bottom sheet and pillow. Extra bedding is available for hire.
