OUR HOME We live in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy suburb of Springlands, only 3 kms from the centre of Blenheim. The guest wing of our Family and Kiddie – friendly home consists of two double bedrooms and a small nursery / office with a shared bathroom / shower and separate toilet. The bedrooms can be booked either singly or together by a family or group of 4. We have an infant’s Portacot for young children. You have full access to our open plan kitchen and the lounge area has Sky TV. This leads out to our fully enclosed private North facing garden with its large lawn and myriad flowers, bushes and trees. BBQ facilities are available on our patio. You have free access to our ultrafast fibre broadband Wifi. Our heat pump keeps those chilly winter nights at bay and there are electric blankets on the beds. We provide a complimentary scrumptious continental breakfast and you have full access to our kitchen facilities if desired. Our laundry can also be accessed for a small surcharge, by agreement. Free off street parking is available. We are a Smoke Free home. You are most welcome to just relax and enjoy the quiet or you can mingle with us and swop stories of RUGBY, home, travel, music, or the cat next door. SAFETY FEATURES The house has no stairs and has easy access from the front and inner garden doors. We have several strategically placed smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher and first aid kit readily accessible. HOUSE RULES We love sharing our home, but we do ask that behaviour is respectful and considerate of others. We appreciate you leaving the kitchen clean and tidy after use. This is a NON SMOKING home and NO PETS please. OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD We live a short 5 minute drive from all the amenities of Blenheim and a 10 minute walk to our local restaurant / pub and adjacent supermarket.
