There is a large private swimming pool, bicycles and full size tennis court for guests to enjoy. Built in 1883, Hawkesbury is one of the oldest Homesteads remaining in Marlborough. Tastefully renovated in a casual country style, there are 4 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, ( 2 with beautiful claw foot tubs plus glass showers), a large country kitchen, lounge and outdoor covered decks.
